I am happy with the services provided by John Tan, the managing director, and Rinda Lin, the interior designer. They are professional yet equally personable. They understood my needs and tried their best to fulfill it. At the same time, they provide me with creative ideas on designing my kitchen. They made the entire renovation a good experience and I would definitely recommend their service to others.

I recommend John as your next interior designer..there is no one else you can find which is as good as him!!! He is patient and hardworking, I had a few things I left out in my details to him during the consultation and we were halfway in during the actual renovation. He managed to make changes to the original plan to suit my needs at the very last minute, and I was pleased with his professionalism and goodwill.

Wife and I engaged Groove Interior to renovate our 4rm resale HDB . Due to all the renovation horror stories we read online, we were very careful when we were shortlisting our ID. Now my renovation is completed and we're really happy with the outcome . We are lucky to have Andrew as our ID who handled the project really well. Best decision made to engage Groove interior design to renovation our house. We were blessed to have Hayley as our ID. She shown commitment to the project, was able to grasped the design concept we envisioned and helped put the pieces together into reality. What fascinated us is her time management and coordination, essentially all of the major works are completed within the proposed timeframe despite then, when the industry was facing some shortage of manpower (due to re-opening of borders). Hayley is exceptional when it comes to design conceptualization and project management. She came up with solid ideas based on a few key words and colour scheme we wanted for the house. It was the house that we envision in our mind and Hayley translated that in the living space that we are staying in now. Through the whole journey, we felt that she was with our as a team every step of the way, advising us what would and wouldn't work while discussing on tiles, color schemes and lighting for the house. During the renovation, she provided updates and consulted with us at every milestone of the process. The whole process was smooth and not pushy. Pricing were transparent and all charges were communicated clearly without ambiguity. This was our first reno experience, and it has been an amazing journey with Andrew from Groove Design.
We met with a few IDs but resonated best with Andrew's vibe and advice. Before our first meetup, he called to get initial ideas about what we wanted to do. When we had the 1st meeting, he was actually the most prepared amongst all the IDs. He also gave us practical advice and chipped in ideas when we were unsure.
When we finally got our keys and started the renovation, Andrew kept us regularly updated with videos/pictures of the works going on each week. He checked on workmanship and ensured his team made adjustments necessary to make our house comfortable. We had a very pleasant experience working with Andrew and would definitely recommend to friends looking for ID.
